If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom item, please first contact us at email@example.com to confirm the return. After you have received a reply via email, please return the non-custom item in original condition within 30 days of the date of receipt for a credit or refund of the original purchase price.
When shipping please insure the package for the full value of the return. We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet the return policy requirements. For returns within the US, items must be returned via UPS, it is the only shipper that will pay damages for items lost or damaged in shipping. We are not responsible for lost packages and cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged.
Please ship to the address below and include inside the package a copy of your invoice along with the reason for your return.
