Repairs & ResizingTo return a ring for repair or size exchange, please first contact us at email@example.com to confirm the details. After you have received a reply via email, please ship to the address below and be sure to include a copy of your receipt along with the details of your resize.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless an error has been made. When shipping please insure the package for the full value of the item. For returns within the US, items must be returned via UPS, it is the only shipper that will pay damages for items lost or damaged in shipping. We are not responsible for lost packages and cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged.
