If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, PLEASE first contact us to arrange the return BEFORE shipping. After, please return the non-custom order item in original condition within 30 days for an exchange or a full refund of the original purchase price (less shipping costs). Customer is responsible for all shipping costs - shipping costs are non-refundable unless an error has been made or the item is damaged.
All returned merchandise must be sent back in original condition. Returns must be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages. We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Please note: Paying for 3-Day Select Shipping does not guarantee that your item will arrive in 3 days. It does shorten the time your item will spend in transit. If you absolutely need something by a certain date, please email or call to find out the item’s current availablilty.

Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
